Is this man extraordinary or is he what all of us should be despite our physical gifts or limitations?

The website began as an off spring of our book The "Tail" of Rugby Jones: A Rascal's Journey from Disability to Ability. The more of us who believe that special needs kids can will increase the number of special needs kids who can.
