WatchTheJourney (the YouTube Channel) will debut a new song tomorrow!
Friday, July 31, 2009 at 22:39 A few weeks back, I mentioned that my dad had been in talks with Geoff Smith, at www.thegeoffsmith.com, who is a well known musician, producer, tech guru, and Internet Superstar about something new for my site. Well, Geoff has delivered and tomorrow it will debut!
Many of you know that my dad doesn't really agree with pirating music and violating copyrights so he's been conflicted about using Blue October's "Into the Ocean" without the band's permission, and all attempts to contact the band have failed. Now that Mr. Smith has created an original piece for me and my website, my dad can rest easy and post our videos to YouTube without fear of a copyright violation or takedown notice
I would also like to thank Geoff for his generosity as he donated his time and talent and gifted this song to the site so that we can use it on the videos that we post to this site and our YouTube Channel WatchTheJourney.
